Our fitness sessions are for those who have come through our Beginners Workshops or already are experienced in Nordic Walking and want to walk at a higher intensity pace, helping to burn calories and improve general fitness.
These sessions will be starting in November.

Price £10.00 per person.Sessions are 1hour 15mins long.
Poles can be provided.
Up to 8 people per session.
