Our introduction sessions are the starting point to becoming an experienced Nordic walker. During these lessons you will be taught warm up and cool down techniques using the poles. You will also learn different drills, which will help in perfecting your Nordic walking technique.
Once you have mastered the correct technique, you will start to feel the benefits of a full body workout, using up to 90% of all skeletal muscles. Also burning more calories per walk, which can be up to 46% more than walking without poles!
Introduction sessions consists of one 2 hour and 15 minute lesson, using the I.N.W.A 10 step technique by a qualified instructor.
